The House Plots

The House Plots line the central residential row of High City, just below the Guild Hall — a handful of marked plots waiting for owners.

High City is intentionally unfinished. Its empty plots and silent hall are not gaps to apologize for; they are room left for players to become the reason a hall has a guild and a plot has a name. To claim one is to put down the first roots of your story in the city.

View High City's property market at a fixed price, paid in in-game gold. Ownership and resale are server-authoritative.

Housing is in High City. Rookguard — the training zone — has no houses.

⚠ House purchases and resale require server acceptance using in-game gold. Auctions are planned and will not become available on this website until the receipt, escrow/refund, settlement, and verifier lanes are publicly wired.

Auctions — planned

In a future update, scarce plots may be allocated by gold auctions instead of fixed price, and owners will be able to auction a house as well as resell it at a set price. This is not available yet — it goes live only once the server-side auction receipts, escrow/refund handling, settlement receipts, and verifier checks exist. Nothing on this page places a live bid or runs an auction.
